The meeting will be held from 10 to 13 October 2023 in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province, China inthe middle autumn. During early October, the weather will be quite sunny and comfortable. Theaverage temperature in October is 23℃ during the day and 17℃ at night. Ningbo is located at themid-point of the Chinese coastline, towards the south of the Yangtze Delta. Ningbo is a very
beautiful and energetic city with the Old Bund of Ningbo, a former foreign concession, has madean indelible mark on Ningbo. Many old European-style buildings have been transformed into barsand restaurants. Charming lakes in the North of the city are also ideal places for outdoor relaxation and cycling. Visitors can also take a visit to Mt.Putuo, one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China.
