We are now able to give you more detailed information about the BotrySclero2022 Symposium that may allow you to organize your participation.
Symposium form
The symposium will have a mixed form from 13th to 17th of June, 2022:
• Keynote lectures shall be given – if possible – on site.
• Invited and selected lectures will be given on site or streamed during the conference.
• Registrants can follow all lectures on site or online through streaming.
• Poster sessions will be organized on site only. But, all posters will be accessible online as pdf-files with the possibility to contact the authors by e-mail.
Registration fees & dates
Registration fees cover:
Access to all lectures & posters (in person & virtual); coffee and lunch breaks (in person); social events on Monday and Wednesday evening, guided tour & gala-dinner (in person). Fees for accompanying person: social events on Monday and Wednesday evening, guided tour & gala-dinner
Registration will open on March, 1 for both types of attendance and will be possible until May, 15. Following registration, switching from one type of participation to another (for example from ‘on-site’ to ‘virtual’) will not be possible.
No reimbursements will be possible after May 15th 2022
Following this link you will be able to submit your abstract(s) for oral or poster presentations until March, 15. The scientific committee will then select oral presentations among the submitted abstracts.
